Though it is understandable in this current climate of "door-knockers" and "travellers" to get "a few quotes", please take time to ensure that you are getting the same value for money from our contemporaries as we are offering.
1) Rainwater and Soil Systems.
a) We only use heavy-duty grade PVCu systems made by the likes of Rymway, Polypipe, Hunter and Osma. All guttering systems are fitted with fascia brackets at 1 metre spacings and fixed with 1.25" long zinc coated self-tapping screws. Also every union joint is screwed to the fascia boards to prevent the system sagging or moving in the future. To the manufacturers specification.
b) All rainwater pipes are fixed at approx. 1 metre spacing with 1.5" long zinc coated screws. Again to the manufacturers specification.
c) When connecting onto neighbours' existing guttering, we always use a suitable adapter to ensure the adjoining gutter system receives only minimal disturbance.
2) PVCu Cellular Fascia, Soffit and Cladding Systems.
a) All PVCu Cellular installations carried out by Gutterplus'85 carry a written 5-year guarantee.
b) All PVCu Cellular products carry an unconditional 10-year cover against discolouration, warping and cracking etc.
c) We only fix our PVCu Cellular systems with rust-free poly-top serrated stainless steel fixings.
d) On every PVCu Cellular installation we re-felt the tiled edge where the existing felt has usually perished.
e) Only moulded in-line make-up trims are used to ensure a watertight seal and professional appearance.
