Remember in the USA, hotels do not normally include meals (and that means breakfast too!) which all have to be paid for!!!
With your own home accommodation you will find that with everything to hand you can stock up on food for the duration of your stay and eat at a lesser cost than at a restaurant or at home in the UK.
Situated on a popular housing development at Sunridge woods within 30 minutes of Orlando International Airport and convenient for all the major attractions, the house provides very comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to eight persons and is an ideal base for seeing all the attractions that central Florida has to offer.
There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fitted with a security system operated by a simple code which will be provided to you prior to your holiday.
With a spacious lounge and dining room, the whole house is complete with comfortable furnishings, Cable Television and a Telephone allowing you to make local calls free of charge and charge long distance calls to your credit card.
The master bedroom has a “queen” size bed and cot. There is a walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with direct access to the solar heated swimming pool at the rear of the property. In the wardrobe is a foldaway single bed (if there are seven staying it avoids using the sofa bed in the living room).
Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The two bedrooms open onto the inner hall where they share a good sized bathroom with shower.

There is an answering machine on this number as well as a fax so you should be able to make contact with us most times of the day.
Let us know your preferred dates and we will check our booking list to see if they are available. Assuming they are, we will hold them for seven days pending receipt of the completed booking form and your deposit cheque for 25% of the total rental deposit.
The balance of the rental is payable not later than 56
days before your departure date. On receipt of this balance we will then send
you a brochure containing a map of the area, for instructions on how to get to
the house from the airport and other useful information.
A Security deposit of £250 is required.
We usually provide for this by taking details of your
credit card on the booking form so no actual payment is made. In the unlikely
event of damage the card information is passed onto our management company in
order that they can recover the cost of any substantial damage that may be
caused.

Whilst in a quiet rural location, the property is within minutes of the major north/south and east/west highways. It is also within a comfortable 15 minute drive of the Disney attractions with all the other major attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet N'Wild within 30 minutes or less.
There are lots of attractions on Highway 192, the start of which is only a 10 minute drive away. These include a number of mini/crazy golf courses, Water Mania, Old Town, Fort Liberty, Medieval World and the 192 Flea Market which is an ideal place to buy the presents to take home.
Shops and well known Restaurants are all within a 15 minute drive.
