We at Gutterplus 85 guarantee our workmanship on guttering and soilpipe installations for ONE FULL YEAR after job completion, ON OUR PRODUCTS ONLY. Please remember new gutters etc will last beyond 20 years but needs annual maintenance to which we will happily oblige if you require, though this would incur a small charge.

We guarantee our workmanship on fascias, soffits, cladding (cellular products) also window and doors for FIVE YEARS; Installations only (Excluding glazing, locks and hindges).

We Guarantee our felt roofing work for TEN YEARS (FLAT ROOFING).

PLEASE NOTE: IT MAY TAKE UP TO FOUR WORKING WEEKS (UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, MAY BE EXTENDED WAIT TIMES DURING BUSY PERIODS) TO RETURN AND RECTIFY A FAULT UNLESS IT'S ABSOLUTELY URGENT.

After our guarantee expires there will be a small but fair charge for repairs etc.

Please Note: If on arrival we find that your complaint is not an installation error then it will be pointed out to yourselves and repaired and charged accordingly.

ALL PVCu MATERIALS USED BY GUTTERPLUS 85 ARE OF TOP QUALITY BRAND NAMES WHICH CARRIES THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURER GUARANTEES.

Gutters, Downpipes, Soilpipes - Discolouration guarantee up to five years.

PVCu Fascias, Bargeboards, Soffits, Cladding, Trims etc - Twenty Years for White discolouration, warping, cracking etc. Ten Years on Woodgrain/Foiled etc (Except Black Ash Shiplap Cladding which manufacturers no longer offer a guarantee) & Twenty Years on gloss coloured PVCu.

Windows & Doors - Discolouration Ten Years. Glazing - Two Years. Handles, Hinges and Locks - One Year.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEES, NOT THE GUARANTEES OF GUTTERPLUS 85.

Though we will do our upmost to satisfy yourselves, the descision lies soley with the manufacturers and not ourselves.

Gutters are not blocked.

Neighbours gutters may be defective where we connect, please check where the leak is coming from.

Roofing work can cause gutters to get blocked by roofing cement, roofers ladders, window cleaners, ariel installers can also cause damage.

Freak storms can cause gutter problems which are not permanent.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER AGAINST STORMS, HIGH WINDS OR VANDAL DAMAGE.

Corrugated & Polycarbonate roofs installed by ourselves carry a ONE YEAR guarantee. However if dislodged by high winds it would be considered as "storm damage" and charged for  possibly to house holders insurance.

Bird/Vermin Guard - If bird/vermin guard is fitted by ouselves it carries a ONE YEAR guarantee.

Silicone - If you discover silicone hanging (e.g verges on apex) this is a result of nuisance birds pulling at it. This is not guaranteed and there would be a small charge to correct this.

FELT EDGES TO EAVES (ABOVE GUTTERS).

If roof tiles are not disturbed felt is immediately fitted under bottom tile and carries a ONE YEAR guarantee.

If roof tiles are disturbed the new felting will be fitted under existing felt and carries a FIVE YEAR guarantee.

We do not felt edges to apex unless asked to do so.

DRY VERGE/PVC TILECAPS.

Guaranteed unconditionally for ONE YEAR after installation date (limited guarantee due to existing verges often being in poor condition and limited fixing areas).
